Inspicio Ltd completes acquisition of the Geotechnical and Testing Services Division of Bureau Veritas UK Holdings Ltd

Acquisition consolidates the Inspicio Environmental Division’s position as the UK market leader

Following the announcement on 10 November regarding the proposed acquisition, Inspicio Ltd, a global leader in the international inspection and testing market, is pleased to announce it has completed the acquisition the Geotechnical and Testing Services Division (GTS) of Bureau Veritas UK Holdings Ltd for an undisclosed sum.  GTS will sit within Inspicio’s Environmental Division, Environmental Scientifics Group (ESG), further strengthening its position as the UK market leader in Environmental Compliance.
