1 December 2009 Inspicio Ltd acquires Inpechem Inspectors B.V. through its Inspectorate business Acquisition strengthens the service offerings in The Netherlands 1 December – Inspicio, a global leader in the international inspection and testing market is pleased to announce its acquisition of Inpechem Inspectors B.V, Rotterdam, through its Inspectorate business. This latest acquisition strengthens Inspectorates offering in The Netherlands adding more than 20 employees as well as a well equipped laboratory in the Waalhaven area of Rotterdam. Inpechem Inspectors B.V specialises in the survey and analysis of fuel oil and petrochemicals and this latest acquisition is in line with company plans for expansion in Western Europe and is complementary to the Inspectorate Group’s existing activities in the region. --Ends-- About Inspectorate Inspectorate is wholly owned by Inspicio Ltd and one of the world’s leading inspection and testing organisations.
