8 May 2007 Inspicio plc ("Inspicio" or the "Company") Inspectorate Signs Global Agreement with Eurocontrol for Fuel Marking Projects London, UK, May 8, 2007 - Inspectorate, the international commodities inspection and testing business that is part of Inspicio plc, today announced the signing of a comprehensive Global Memorandum of Understanding with Global Fluids International S.A. (GFI), a fully owned subsidiary of Eurocontrol Tecnic Inc, for the global deployment of GFI’s hydrocarbon marking technology Petromark™. Eurocontrol is a Canadian public company specializing in the acquisition, development and commercialization of innovative authentication and verification technologies. Eurocontrol’s innovative Petromark™ solution addresses two major problems in the oil industry – combating the trade in illicit fuels and providing brand protection for large oil companies. As the price of oil has increased substantially, such problems have become a higher priority for government and corporate officials to address. Inspectorate expects the agreement to contribute to its progress to achieving an 8% operating margin in the second half of 2007.
