Completion of ESGL Acquisition

Inspicio plc, the UK and international inspection and testing business announces that, following the satisfaction of certain conditions and the payment of £16 million to Mowlem plc (now owned by Carillion PLC), the acquisition of Environmental Services Group Limited has now been successfully completed.
