Inspicio plc Company Secretary Appointment
Inspicio plc (INP.L), the international inspection and testing business, has appointed Rowena Nixon as Company Secretary. Rowena qualified as a Company Secretary with PwC in 1985, and has since worked in a variety of both listed and private companies. Since August 2001 she has been Company Secretary of Ovum plc, assisting Ovum through their IPO in March 2006 until its recent takeover by Datamonitor plc. --Ends--
