Board Appointment

The Board of Inspicio, the UK and international inspection and testing business, is pleased to announce the appointment of Lesley James CBE as a non-executive director, with effect from 1 November 2006.

Lesley, aged 57, was a Main Board Director of Tesco Plc from 1994 to 1999 and is currently a non-executive director of Liberty International Plc, Alpha Airports Plc, Care UK Plc, and the West Bromwich Building Society.

Lesley will join the Board as Inspicio's second independent non-executive director.

Keith Tozzi, Chairman of Inspicio, said: "We look forward to welcoming Lesley, one of the most senior female non-executive directors in the UK, to the Board of Inspicio. She brings extensive and highly relevant experience from a number of large and successful businesses. Her range of expertise will be greatly beneficial to the Group and its development."

Lesley also held a directorship within the last five years at Queens Moat Houses Plc, Selfridges Plc and at Invalid Children's Aid Nationwide. There are no other details to be disclosed under Rule 17, Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules in relation to Lesley James.
